to all those who are giving suggestions, thank you so much. want to share few other details The issue is we are not aware of his personality before, he vacated 2 other families for the same reason those who have kids and we are 3rd one, if we vacate the appartment we are liable for rest of months money back to the management( asusual its 1 year fuckin agreement) in that case I am not sure why the apartment management giving the house to the people who are having kids. this is really getting stress for us, we can leave(afford) so much of money neither we can stay of nor stick here, Thanks for the helpful suggestions.
