eighbor what to do ?  Desi  06/26/2017 03:16 PM  Im also on level 2 ( first floor) with kid who plays all day. If he complains to mgmnt and if they dont see any other soln but to move u to another apartment then you will not be entitled for a new lease. If you choose to move yourself, u have to sign a new lease. Thats what i was told by my mgmnt when i was hesitant in occupying upper level with kid. Im in pavilions. Dont worry and put area rug to reduce some noise like i did. Ultimately it depends on person but u dont hv to pay for it be it anything.
