I have lost 40 lbs after delivery--used to be 185 now 145.

I did the following:
- I am vegetarian so ate lots of green moong, rajma, chole
- 2 fruits a day (apple or a banana)
-Lots of water
-Lots of raw almonds
-CUT DOWN ON RICE & BREAD FOR 6 MONTHS
-Made flaxseed chapatis (indian wheat flour & flaxseed).
-walk 3 miles a day (treadmill or outside)
-Do this for 6 months religiously.
-Cut down on portions, and yes initially it will be very hard but main thing is to make tummy smaller.
-Everybody can do it if want to lose weight seriously
