How will you get an insurance? It will be very expensive. But its easy only if you International license. So big dealers will not sell the car. Better buy from 3rd party but you still need insurance to test drive the car. I would suggest you get an US license first so that you can drive safely. Getting a license in India is to avoid cops but in developed countries its a proof that you are a safe driver and will not harm yourself or pose a danger to other people.
