Ct Desi, I like your intentions, but this is nothing special. You get oil change and free inspection/tire rotation for less than that at Monroe/Midas. Anyways, oil change is just to get you in. Where they earn is by the 'fre inspection' finding issues and fixing them. Some are honest, and find true issues, but others may find issues were there is none, or simply overcharge for repairing.
