As I am writing this questions, I am not judging anybody but just wondering how many of you are comfortable with dropping your kids to just anybody who so eve puts an ad for baby sitting. I am sure there must be great baby sitters and for them also I have all the respect. But I fail to understand how can you just drop your kids to someone whom you hardly know. When we drop at daycares and other facilities they have to meet certain standards and rules and regulations. I wondering how to get that TRUST from an ad.
