Emirates are very bad these days with Weight, They might leave upto 1LB but not 1kg, and more even Emirates is also checking hand carry weight while you board in flight for India in Dubai airport, if your weight canges on what you have from USA tag they are going to charge you a hefty amount or ask you to loose your weight .
