those who invested in real estate are in loss too ! few years back dollar was around 50. Indian real estate is not appreciated at all for few years. More over no buyers right now ! If we sell and transfer that money back.. lost more than 50% ! US real estate does not appreciate much but interest rates are pretty low ! an year back it was 2.5%. I am stuck with lot of indian investment.. right now value of rupee gone to dogs ! which made too much loss for me !
