Thats Bullshit !! loooot of Stress.. why do you think the companies prefer Us ?? cuz we are cheap laour.... that is the ugly truth !!! my advice get into anything except IT... then if a shortage comes then they will know the value of people... My collegues were fired left and right and they were more experienced than me.... the only reason was money!! i know some people will defend the firing for budget but think of it on a humanitarian side... if they fire americans like that they will pay govt lot of ines because those americans will go to social security money which is a burden on govt. but we are not citizens we are IT herd for the butchering... no one will even bat an eye at your firing... and fellow desis will be happy inside that you got fired because now more cake for them... I tell you stay away before you die internally ...
