Hi, I'm currently working for a small firm and earning 75k annually. I have offer from an Indian Software Major (CTS) for 90k, but many are advising against it since the net pay it seems will be almost the same! My current deductions are only the mandatory stuff, even the insurance is paid 100% by my employer. Do companies like CTS/ TCS/ Accenture have lesser net take home salaries? I know it's the case in india, where CTC is huge and take home is less with IT majors while your take home is much higher with startups. How's it here?
