You may get India transfer option in case you are allocated to project and your services are needed.. if you are on bench or can be replaced, you wont get India transfer option. Additionally I would suggest you ask CTS whether 90 is base or 90 is including COLA.. because of CT state, COLA is 4k so your base goes to 86. In case you move to location in future where COLA is 0, your package will be 86.
