Stay away from it. Focus on your job and make money and save it. It is difficult to track markets daily when you have job wife and kids to worry about. Invest into good companies but only after the market has crashed. Never invest all your money, there should always be limit on how much you invest because you can't rely on investments everytime. Investing in good stock for long term will reward you but don't do it now.
