I am glad that someone brought this up . I have seen people using “can be able to ‘in formal emails Please address people with their first names .Just cause you add a ‘T’ down south doesn’t mean every name has it You can copy paste the name from the contact list .Please do not use your brains to spell someone’s name It’s disgusting to be addressed with a misspelled name Also please do not instill a culture of being ‘yes man/woman’ to the clients This enforces a wrong working culture We are no subordinates to anyone rather we work as teams towards a common goal
