Rotor and brake pads jobs are something which doesn't need high skill and even you your self can do the same. But as someone mentioned Bill in above post he is reliable guy and atleast no need to worry regarding rotor and Brake pads. You yourself can buy rotor and brake pad as per your convenience from online or through store. He will just charge his labour which won't be more than 100$ for 2 tyres or 150$ for all. 1A auto you will get all 4 rotor and brake pad set with other stuff at 170$
