One more example I can give you is ask for a big favor that he is more than likely to refuse like ask for a ride to new york for free. Again, this is just an example. When he refuses to give you that favor, start an argument tell him you always considered him a friend and he is acting like a douche. When you call him a douche he will most likely say something back and bam!! here goes the start of the fight.
