Dear CTDesians, I am new to USA and I came here a month ago.Now residing in hartford downtown.My kids are admitted to one of public school here,they are in Kinder Garten level. I would like to know how is the leave policies here at public schools works.Is it compulsory to attend school,how they look at it if my kids takes off. My kids are tends to have cold/fever frequently and I may need to take off from school considering their health. Thank you.
