Did anyone has experience in getting Certified passport from Indian for sending to IRS to get ITIN? I have few question in that. 1) What all document we need to carry to Indian Embassy to get that attested? 2) Whose information should be there in Misc application form? Is it the persons whose passport is attested? 3) Which page we need to get attest? Front, Back and Visa page? 4) How much money we need to pay and in what form if we go in-person to Embassy? 5) How much time it will take? Thanks
