Hi, Looking for a room partner to share a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apt in downtown Hartford. The building is next to United HealthCare, very close to Main Street and in close proximity of all major highways. The apt is in the central location with restaurants, market, shopping, parks, grocery and convenience stores at walking distance.
The new person moving in will have a separate bedroom and separate bathroom, living room, and kitchen will be shared. The apt has a washer and dryer hooked up so no need to go to a laundromat and no coin system laundry needed.
The room partner and I will be equally responsible for the rent, electricity and cable/internet for the apt. heat and hot water is included in the rent. If interested please contact at 860-994-9177.
