I am living in Manchester. I wish to go for Firework at Hartford for firework details you can refer http://www.riverfront.org/events/riverfest

Let me the best/ cheapest option for parking?

Morgan Street Garage(4$) is it safe ?
Also mentioned that in Hartford on nights and weekends the parking is free. is there any place nearby to park?
