Formula in container in opened, formula water must be in bottle for baby not in gallon can be taken on board. Consider packing portable mini foldable bassinet for baby to sleep in and you can change diapers in it too. Take slot of wipes and hand sanitizer.

U can take similac that comes in small bottles.. you can carry enough baby food.. just make sure you label everything as baby food and keep those in separate bag for scanning so there won't be any question.. usually they won't check quantity if you have baby with you.. also if you are not booking separate seat so that you can carry your car seat, then ask for bassinet, they provide it for additional $50.. rest its AirIndia, feel free to be comfortable the way you want, they are flexible.. don't worry much, everything will be fine..
