Also, though a bit unrelated - some feel tgey can do so bcoz they r superior in terms of culture, race or heritage or whatever and they can do whatever they want - skip lines, be rude, not respond to greetings etc. A big middle finger to such losers and a humble reauest to them to go back to the superior culture!
