Happy ending massages are not crime if the parlor has legal massage license. Its a crime only if they advertise extra money for it.If its part of massage then its legal. Escort is legal but asking money for sex is illegal. Even prostitution is legal in usa only soliciting or promotion is illegal. These are strange laws.
