OK, now that you did make it clear its MA, let me continue about MA. MA is the happening state and lots and lots of jobs are being created in and around Boston. The reason is Boston has excellent colleges - Harvard and MIT are the two best know. So if I were I would look at areas around Boston too. CT is much less happening place and MA, and life is much quieter and easier here though. I know for you job opportunities are not an issue, but do look at MA as it has huge potential.
Full disclosure - I have lived in CT for past 18 years. I have relatives and friends in NJ and MA and have visited these places a lot. Knowing what I know now my ranking would be - MA, NJ, CT and NY.
Having said all that, no matter where you decide to move keep in mind these are all great states - all NE states are. Also, you can always move if you want to later  . |
